Payment Terms
Restorations – Deposit of 45% required when the model is delivered to Maritime models with the balance due upon completion.
Commissions – Deposit of 45% required at start of commission with the balance being paid in two equal amounts, one payment halfway through the commission and the remainder upon completion.
We will e mail customer to notify that model is complete and the balance should be paid within 31 days.
If the balance is not paid within the 31 days from completion date, storage charges will apply.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
Delivery and collection of the completed model is the customers responsibility, but we will discuss the logistics of this with each customer.
We will e mail a copy of the agreed job sheet to the customer which will include details of the work to be carried out, the time scale and the agreed price.
